- Replace internal 'taillog'/TL references in README and command examples with generic 'engineering'/ENG so the docs don't leak internal project names. - Fix author email: hello@ssntpl.com → info@ssntpl.com. - Bump version to 0.1.1 — first release through trusted publishing.
